Your mission
Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for your roles: from strategic intake meetings and drafting compelling job descriptions to managing the screening process and final offer negotiations.
Enjoy the buzz of working on a diverse mix of roles (Legal, Compliance, Tech, Data, CRM, Casino, Marketing, Acquisition etc.).
Conduct deep-dive interviews to validate both technical competencies and cultural alignment. You will be the primary filter and face of the company, ensuring candidates possess the skills to perform and the mindset to thrive but are also informed of the role’s expectations.
Build strong relationships and partner closely with Hiring Managers. Understand what their teams really need, offer a friendly challenge when necessary, and guide them with realistic market insights.
Use advanced LinkedIn Boolean search and Recruiter tools to headhunt top talent, while identifying alternative channel.
Keep the positive candidate experience at heart by prioritizing a professional and transparent journey for every applicant
Stay current with market trends and salary benchmarks to ensure our offers remain competitive.
We’re always looking for a 'better way.' Collaborate with theTA team to identify and suggest improvements.
What You Bring
At least 4 years of recruitment experience, hiring across all seniority levels. We are ideally looking for a blend of Agency (high volume/sourcing) and In-house (process ownership/stakeholder management) backgrounds.
You have a solid understanding of the iGaming landscape, with experience hiring for various departments on the operator side.
You ideally bring an established professional network within Malta, Cyprus, and broader Europe, giving you a head start on finding the best talent for our roles.
You have a proven track record of meeting hiring targets and managing multiple priorities without breaking a sweat.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with both stakeholders and candidates.
You are passionate about the human side of HR - you know how to ask the right questions to uncover a candidate’s true motivations and potential.
