CRM Cross-Sell Manager
Make sure no player is left behind. Act as the central architect for player migration across an entire casino multibrand ecosystem. Design the frameworks that maximize LTV and every acquisition.

Your mission
Architect the Framework: Own the end-to-end cross-sell strategy. You’ll define how to move players between multiple brands using SMS, Email, and Automation.
Optimize the Funnel: Focus heavily on FTD conversion and ARPU. You’ll bridge the gap between initial acquisition and long-term brand loyalty.
The "Human Hub": Act as the central point of contact between CRM and Data, and other teams. You align their goals into one cohesive cross-sell engine.
Automation Logic: Design the "early-life" journeys. You’ll build the logic that identifies "hot leads" and pushes them to our teams at the perfect moment.
What You Bring
Proven background in CRM cross-sell or multi-brand strategy (online casino is a must).
Deep understanding of CRM automation logic (Experience with FastTrack is a plus).
The ability to see the "Big Picture" of marketing efficiency - knowing how to offset acquisition costs through smart internal migration.
You understand player perception. You know why a player moves from Brand A to Brand B and how to trigger that move without cannibalizing value.
You live in the numbers - CPAs, CTRs, ARPU, and NGR are your native languages. You can work with the Data team to ensure every click is tracked and attributed.
You have a proven track record of driving FTDs through clever lifecycle marketing and automation.
You’re comfortable leading meetings with diverse teams to ensure everyone is pulling in the same direction.
