About the Role
Are you a high-energy VIP professional who thrives on building elite relationships and driving growth? We are expanding our team in Malta and looking for an enthusiastic, experienced VIP Manager to take our top-tier player experience to the next level.
In this role, you won’t just manage accounts—you will become a trusted relationship manager for our highest-value players. You will dive deep into player psychology and lifecycle management , using a data-driven approach to optimize engagement while delivering a world-class, personalized experience. Key Deliverables & Responsibilities
Relationship Excellence: Build, manage, and maintain a stable portfolio of loyal, high-value VIP players, serving as their dedicated main point of contact across email, Telegram, and other channels.
Strategic Retention: Monitor player behavior, deposits, turnover, and engagement trends to proactively identify churn risks and keep our top players thrilled.
Personalized Campaigns: Craft and deliver tailored offers, reloads, cashback/lossback rewards, and exclusive marketing campaigns.
Commercial Negotiation: Confidently negotiate player bonuses and compensation within company guidelines, perfectly balancing customer satisfaction with company profitability.
Issue Resolution: Efficiently resolve complex player concerns, complaints, and escalations while maintaining detailed records of all interactions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with payments, fraud, compliance, and support teams to ensure a frictionless player experience.
Team Impact: Contribute directly to VIP revenue growth , help optimize bonus structures using performance metrics , and potentially mentor junior VIP hosts as the team scales.
Compliance First: Uphold the highest standards of internal policies and responsible gaming practices.
What You Bring to the Table
Industry Experience: A solid background in iGaming, online casino, sportsbook, or the betting industry , with proven experience managing VIP or high-net-worth clients.
Superb Communication: Fluent written and spoken English , with top-tier relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Commercial & Data Acumen: A data-driven mindset with a strong understanding of player lifecycle management , bonus optimization, and profitability metrics.
Tech-Savvy Toolkit: Familiarity with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and Telegram-based customer relationship management.
Composure & Independence: The ability to work independently, manage multiple high-value relationships simultaneously , and remain calm and professional under pressure.
Local Presence: Currently based in Malta (or willing to relocate) and eager to work directly from our collaboration-focused office.
Nice-to-Haves
Fluency in additional languages, particularly German.
A background in sales, hospitality, luxury service, or affiliate management.
Deep familiarity with responsible gaming practices and compliance requirements.
