Location: Onsite (Malta) – 4 days office / 1 day remote

What You'll Own

• Lead the IT department - set priorities, build capability, hold the line on quality.

• Keep IT operations running across two Malta offices and a distributed global workforce - no single point of failure on your watch.

• Own Cloudflare end-to-end: DNS, WAF, CDN, and the full domain portfolio. You're the last line of defense before the internet becomes our problem.

• Architect and maintain networks, VPNs, and hybrid-work connectivity that works

• Run a tight onboarding/offboarding lifecycle and own support triage across Windows and macOS without chaos.

• Take full accountability for SendGrid deliverability - SPF, DKIM, DMARC

• Partner with InfoSec to stay sharp on ISO 27001 and GDPR - audit-ready isn't a quarterly scramble here, it's baseline.

• Build and maintain the kind of documentation and asset registers that don't make your successor want to quit.

• Have a seat at the table for IT roadmap, budget, and vendor decisions.

What You Bring

• Solid track record as an IT Manager or senior engineer in a high-velocity environment

• Experience leading technical teams with genuine accountability, not just oversight.

• Deep, hands-on fluency with Cloudflare, SendGrid, and modern domain registrars

• You understand nameserver routing, propagation, and trust chains on an expert level.

• Email authentication isn't a checklist to you - SPF/DKIM/DMARC is something you actually understand.

• Comfortable troubleshooting Windows and macOS without escalating every edge case.

• Working knowledge of ISO 27001 and GDPR in practice.

• You can explain a DNS misconfiguration to a CMO easily.

• An ownership mentality.
