Location: Onsite (Malta) – 4 days office / 1 day remote

What You'll Own

• Keep IT operations running smoothly across Malta office and a distributed global workforce - no single point of failure on your watch.

• Support networks, VPNs, and hybrid-work connectivity, troubleshooting issues before they become blockers.

• Run onboarding/offboarding end-to-end and handle support triage across Windows and macOS without chaos.

• Support and advise InfoSec initiatives and stay sharp on ISO 27001 and GDPR practices.

• Maintain clear, accurate documentation and asset registers.

• Bring a security-first mindset to day-to-day IT decisions, flagging risks before they become incidents.

What You Bring

• 3-4 years of experience in a simillar role.

• Comfortable troubleshooting Windows and macOS independently, without escalating every edge case.

• Working knowledge of ISO 27001 and GDPR in practice, with an eye for security gaps.

• Clear communicator - you can explain a technical issue to a non-technical stakeholder without losing them.

• An ownership mentality and genuine curiosity about how things work under the hood.
