Reporting to Snr. Project Manager
This team moves fast, operates on AWS, and has no shortage of opinions. Your job is to make sure all of that energy actually ships.
You'll own delivery across IT and iGaming platform products—from the first planning session to the post-mortem nobody wants to write. Stakeholders will clash, engineers will go quiet at the wrong moment, and leadership will want a clean update when things are anything but. You're the person who holds that together without it becoming everyone else's problem.
What you'll own
End-to-end project delivery across technical and product teams—scope, timelines, costs, and the works.
Keeping documentation alive and actually linked to what's happening in the backlog (not a graveyard of outdated specs).
Budget and resource allocation across the team—you know where the slack is and where it isn't.
Spotting the bottleneck before it becomes a crisis, especially when navigating AWS infrastructure obstacles, and having a plan B ready before anyone asks.
Translating technical chaos and backend system architecture into something C-level stakeholders and clients can act on.
Championing Agile across teams that may not always agree on what Agile means.
High ownership in tough situations. When priorities clash or things get stuck, you focus on the how—navigating the friction and driving actual achievements.
What you bring
5+ years in technical project management, software development, or IT operations. You live in Jira and Confluence, you're fluent in cloud environments (AWS especially), and your relationship with Agile goes beyond a certification.
Platform-level experience. You have a background in iGaming or complex, high-traffic IT platform environments. You understand the SDLC and infrastructure context like the back of your hand.
The ultimate intersection skills. You can walk into a room of engineers, product managers, and executive stakeholders—and leave all three aligned with exactly what they need.
Exceptional leadership and negotiation. A degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering is ideal, but your real-world ability to resolve conflicts and hold a line under pressure is what matters.
