This brand is entering the German market and you'll own it from day one. Strategy, growth, partnerships - the whole thing. You'll be entirely accountable for what the numbers say at the end of every month, and you'll have the complete autonomy to decide how you get there.

The Goal

• In 6 months: You are fully operational, local channels are live, and the market is actively growing.

• In 12 months: This brand is a household name that people in the DE iGaming market know and trust.

What you'll own

• The full German market strategy. You own acquisition, partnerships, and the P&L. Not a small slice of it- all of it.

• Building local channels from the ground up. Tracking down and closing deals with affiliates, streamers, influencers, and PSPs. You know exactly who to call and how to clear hurdles.

• An authentic player experience. Working directly with CRM, VIP, Casino, and Support teams to ensure the product actually feels premium and German - not just poorly translated.

• Ambitious KPI targets. Driving deposits, FTDs, and NGR month-on-month, and knowing exactly which lever to pull when the numbers need a push.

• Brand representation. Standing as the face of the brand with local partners, major networks, and compliance frameworks.

What you bring

• Solid iGaming experience. A proven background in marketing, ops, or product within the sector. You understand German player behavior, local payment ecosystems, and the competitive landscape well enough to have a strong opinion on all three.

• Commercial killer instincts. Your English is sharp, your commercial drive is sharper, and you have a track record of negotiating high-stakes deals that actually moved the needle.

• Uncompromising ownership. You don't wait for a corporate playbook or permission. You build the strategy, execute it, and own the results.
