Job Title: CRM Executive - DE
Location: Onsite – Birkirkara, Malta (4 days per week in office)
Reporting to: CRM Manager

Your Mission

• Set up and execute CRM campaigns across all available channels, in line with the campaign plan agreed upon with the lead and the team.

• Build personalized player lifecycles, including onboarding flows, reactivation campaigns, loyalty triggers, and VIP journeys.

• Use data-driven insights to create segmented audiences for tailored, relevant communication.

• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key KPIs (engagement, conversion, retention), and bring actionable insights back to the team to drive continuous improvement.

• Work closely with Marketing, Product, and VIP teams to ensure CRM strategies are aligned with overall business goals.

What You Bring

• Hands-on experience with Fast Track CRM or similar automation tools.

• Strong knowledge of player lifecycle management, covering onboarding, retention, reactivation, and churn prevention.

• A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret campaign results and present findings clearly to the team.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German.
