Reporting to Chief Legal Officer

Your Impact

• Provide legal support to various entities across the business, with a primary focus on corporate structuring, contract review process, and maintaining internal corporate records.

• Liaise with corporate service providers, company registries, and regulatory authorities, in relation to incorporations, restructurings, corporate changes, statutory filings, certifications, and other corporate administration matters.

• Draft, review, and manage a wide range of corporate documentation, including powers of attorney, service agreements and other corporate documentation.

• Support corporate transactions and strategic projects, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, reorganisations, joint ventures, and other cross-border corporate initiatives.

• Provide day-to-day legal advice to the internal teams on intellectual property, and general business matters.

• Coordinate and manage relationships with external legal counsel on jurisdiction-specific matters, corporate transactions, regulatory issues, corporate governance matters, and legal risk management.

What Makes You a Fit

• A Law degree (LLB whilst LLM would be considered an advantage) preferably from a UK Universit

• Minimum 3 years of experience post qualification

• Experience in regulated industries will be considered an advantage

• Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law

• Fluency in English Language communication skills, both verbally and in writing.

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

• iGaming experience and licensing experience (advantage)

• Tech-savvy (Zygos, Jira , Google, and Slack)
