The Role
We are looking for a Payments Product Specialist to support payment operations across many casino brands. This role requires a solid understanding of PaymentIQ (>2 years of experience) and payment configuration. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day payment processes, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth integrations. You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain a seamless customer payment experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily payment operations, including monitoring and troubleshooting failed or incorrect transactions.
Configure and maintain rules within the orchestration platform to optimize payment flows.
Perform basic configurations for integrating new payment providers into our systems.
Work closely with Customer Support and other teams to investigate and resolve transaction errors.
Collaborate with commercial, integration, and backend teams to improve payment processes.
Ensure smooth functioning of PaymentIQ by identifying issues, suggesting improvements, and supporting other teams in their payment-related needs.
Document configurations, rules, and payment processes for transparency and knowledge sharing.
What You Bring
>2 years of hands-on experience with PaymentIQ or a similar payment platform.
Strong understanding of payment flows, integrations, and transaction monitoring.
Technical aptitude for configuring payment systems and troubleshooting issues.
Ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.
Nice to Have
Experience in iGaming, fintech, or e-commerce payment operations.
Familiarity with multiple payment methods (cards, wallets, bank transfers, etc.).
Knowledge of orchestration platforms beyond Payments IQ.
