Reporting to the Head of Marketing
Marketing runs a lot of moving parts across several brands - influencer and streamer activity, social, community, paid media, CRM and on-site promotions - and every campaign touches product, tech, design and compliance before it goes live. This role is the person who makes all of that land: on time, correctly built, correctly tracked and correctly approved.
The portfolio spans both regulated iGaming brands and non-iGaming projects, so you'll switch between different rulebooks, stakeholders and delivery rhythms in the same week. Knowing which constraints apply where - and not carrying assumptions from one across to the other - is core to the job.
You won't decide what the campaign is; you'll be the single point of accountability for making sure it ships. That means holding senior stakeholders to dates, pushing back on briefs that arrive too late or too vague, and owning the process rather than working inside someone else's. There are no direct reports - your influence comes from being the person who knows where everything stands and is trusted to make the call.
What you'll own
Campaign delivery, end to end. Run the multi-brand calendar (what's live, next, at risk, blocked), turn briefs into clear plans, chase and unblock so every asset, link, code, page and approval exists before launch day - and own the go/no-go call.
Budget and commercial tracking. Own the campaign budget tracker, flag overruns while they can still be fixed, coordinate POs, invoices and payment timelines with finance, and track spend against outcomes to feed the next planning cycle. Manage reallocation when priorities shift mid-quarter.
Talent and partner coordination. Run the operational side of creator, streamer and ambassador relationships - contracts, deliverables, schedules, assets, payments - and keep compliance obligations (disclosures, restrictions, exclusivity) met before content goes live. Handle the awkward conversations about late or off-brief work.
Planning input. Translate strategy into a realistic deliverable calendar, give an honest view of capacity, and bring post-campaign evidence into the next round.
Cross-functional coordination. Line up influencer, social/community, paid media, CRM, design, product/tech and compliance around each campaign beat - including raising and tracking the tickets campaigns depend on.
Process and reporting. Maintain the tooling (tracker, brief templates, naming, approval trail), keep clean records of what shipped, run post-campaign wash-ups, and flag capacity and dependency problems early - with a proposed fix, not just the problem.
What we're looking for
At least 2 years coordinating or project-managing marketing campaigns, recently across multiple brands or business lines in parallel.
A track record of owning delivery end to end - accountable when something didn't ship, not just tracking it.
Judgement to adapt your approach across different commercial and regulatory contexts.
Hands-on budget tracking and reconciliation - you've been the one who spotted the overrun first.
Experience managing creators, talent, agencies or suppliers operationally: contracts, deliverables, payment cycles.
Confident having a direct conversation about work that didn't meet brief.
Comfortable with technical teams - you can write a clear ticket and understand what a tracking link or promo config is doing.
Strong written communication: briefs, updates and escalations people can act on without a follow-up call.
Credible with senior stakeholders - you can hold a director to a deadline and make the trade-off explicit.
You've designed or rebuilt a delivery process, not just operated one.
Calm under compressed timelines and comfortable with last-minute changes.
Nice to have
iGaming, betting, or another regulated consumer sector.
Experience spanning regulated and non-regulated brands in the same role.
Familiarity with AU/NZ marketing and its compliance constraints.
Working knowledge of influencer/affiliate tracking, CRM platforms, or promo engines.
Project tooling (Asana, Jira, Monday, Linear or similar) as an administrator, not just a user.
